Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
• Assist in restorative or rehabilitative care.
• Perform restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, ROM, positioning, self-feeding within training scope.
• Promote independence and notify PCC of patient status daily.
• Contribute to patient care plans with observations.
• Assist in implementing care plans per policy.
• Observe and document patient conditions and report findings.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
