Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort.
• Performs restorative nursing tasks such as ambulation, range of motion, positioning, self-feeding, etc.
• Promotes and supports independence for patients.
• Attends in-service training and quality assurance meetings.
• Responsible for weights and participates in rehab meetings as scheduled.
• Adheres to patient care plans and reports status to PCC.
