Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown is seeking a qualified Restorative Aide (CNA) to join our expanding restorative nursing program. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in our 112-bed facility located in Elizabethtown, KY.

This 8-hour day shift includes every other weekend rotation. CNA certification required. Join a team dedicated to improving residents' quality of life and functional independence.
