Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide in Winchester, KY to deliver patient-centered care within our restorative nursing program. You will work 3–12 hour day shifts with every other weekend, supporting residents’ recovery and daily living activities.

Applicants must hold a current CNA certification and will join a team focused on compassionate care, dignity, and improved quality of life for residents across Signature HealthCARE facilities.

• Must have a current and valid CNA certification.

• Provide compassionate and professional person-centered care.
• Recognize and encourage residents’ ability to make choices.
