Job summary

Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide to join our team. You will implement restorative nursing programs, assist with exercises and transfers, and support residents in maintaining independence.

Responsibilities include documenting progress in PointClickCare, collaborating with interdiscplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend off. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current Restorative Nursing Assistant certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills, including documentation in PointClickCare or similar EMR systems.

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and quality outcomes.

• Foster meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care
