Job summary

Restoration 1 of Chester/Delaware County is seeking a restoration/reconstruction technician for residential and commercial loss projects. The role involves demolition, repair, and construction work with training offered for additional skills.

Candidates must have at least two years of construction experience and the ability to communicate with customers. We look for safety-minded individuals who can work in varying temperatures and spaces, possess a valid driver's license, and are keen to learn.

Our company works on residential and commercial loss projects, repairing damage from fire, mold, wind, water, and natural disasters. We are looking for candidates who have demolition, repair and/or construction experience and we are keen to train the right candidate on additional valuable skills.

Requirements:

• Must have at least two years of construction experience (drywalling, flooring, carpentry and framing, painting,…)
• Must be able to communicate with customers
• Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Must be able to work in hot & cold weather, sometimes in uncomfortable spaces & conditions
• Valid Driver's License without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless etc.)
