Join Our Team as a Professional Restoration Technician!

As a Restoration Technician, you will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for water, fire and mold remediation projects. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform mitigation/remediation tasks per work orders and supervisory instructions

Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, along with clean equipment

Keep detailed records of work performed, including reports and job documentation

Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

Communicate openly with technicians and customers

Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times

Qualifications:

IICRC certification is a plus

Experience in cleaning/restoration

Experience servicing residential & commercial properties

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
