Job summary

SERVPRO® Franchise is hiring a Restoration Technician to join our field team. This hands-on role involves loading and maintaining equipment, preparing work areas, and following crew chief instructions to efficiently restore homes and businesses.

Ideal candidates bring strong verbal communication, restoration experience, and IICRC certifications. You should be able to travel locally with the team and commit to safety procedures; overtime incentives may apply for storm events.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
• IICRC certifications are preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of state.

Responsibilities

• Load, inspect, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities.
• Set up staging areas and equipment.
• Follow production guidelines and crew chief instructions.
• Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and team.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup.
• Follow all safety and risk-management procedures.
• Optional incentive pay for storm event participation.
