Environmental Diversified Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our expanding team. You will restore and repair buildings damaged by fire, water, mold, or other events, ensuring safety and return to pre-damage conditions.

Responsibilities include assessing damage, planning restoration work, performing water extraction, removing damaged materials, and coordinating with teammates. Travel is required for project assignments, with on-call nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate damage to properties, including water, fire, and mold damage.
• Develop and implement restoration plans according to industry standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety regulations compliance.
• Respond to work orders promptly and prioritize tasks.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to minimize further damage.
• Remove and dispose of damaged materials such as carpet, drywall, and insulation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and bacteria spread.
• Repair and restore damaged structures including flooring, walls, and ceilings.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of restoration projects.
