Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a motivated restoration technician to respond to emergencies and help repair and restore homes and businesses. You will work as part of a team, handle water and fire damage tasks, and perform cleanup and site preparation with an emphasis on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restoration, construction, or related field experience preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations such as water and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction and cleanup.
• Load and inventory work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards and job-site requirements to supervisors.
• Maintain communication with clients about restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks including drying and site cleanup.
