Job summary

SERVPRO® Franchise is seeking self-motivated teammates to respond to emergencies and restore homes and businesses after water or fire damage. You will work with a team to perform restoration tasks, communicate clearly with clients, and help bring sites to a safe, clean condition.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restoration/construction experience preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations (water/fire damage).
• Perform restoration tasks: water extraction, drying, equipment setup, demolition.
• Load and inventory tools and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards and site requirements to supervisors.
