Qualifications

• One year minimum work experience in a construction or similar work environment.
• General understanding of basic safety protocols.
• Physically fit to perform duties described above.
• May require valid driver's license
• Possess dexterity, good balance, good eye/hand coordination.
• Good grasp of English language (written and verbal) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately to Lead Technician or Superintendent when necessary.
• Approved Respirator physical and fit testing
• Good understanding on use of hand tools, power tools and mild chemicals.
• Ability to work with various building materials.
• Ability to read and understand basic written instructions.
• Use of good judgement works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Lead Technician regarding assigned work.
• Understand tools, equipment, processes and safety protocols in restoration work.
• Determine equipment and materials usage for job completion.
• Assist on job tasks and expedite work under supervision.
• Move contents, pack/unpack, and assist with construction repairs as directed.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed.
• Submit timecards and crew sheets promptly.
• Attend safety briefings and trainings.
• Wear PPE as required and observe safety guidelines.
• Read and follow job site instructions precisely.
