Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Technician II at our West Sacramento branch to apply field knowledge under the supervision of the Lead Technician. You will use industry tools, follow processes and safety protocols, and report to the Branch/Operations Manager while coordinating with other departments.

This role requires one year of relevant experience, physical fitness for lifting up to 100 lbs, dexterity, clear English communication, and strict adherence to PPE, hazard awareness, and

Qualifications

One year minimum work experience in construction or similar field.
Good understanding of basic safety protocols.
Physically fit to perform duties and lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Good English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Follow directions from Lead Technician regarding assigned work and ask questions when needed.
Know and apply restoration industry safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Determine equipment and materials needed for job completion.
Assist with material pickup, moving client contents, and performing repairs to high quality per codes.
Maintain vehicle and restock supplies as needed; complete time reporting accurately.
