Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a dedicated Technician to respond to service calls and perform restoration tasks following production guidelines. You will coordinate with the crew chief and other team members to ensure customer needs are met, while keeping vehicles and equipment clean and organized.

The role requires the ability to travel locally/out of state as needed, and a background in cleaning/restoration or related experience is preferred. Opportunities for advancement and training are available.

Qualifications

• Effective oral communication.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed.
• Perform services as assigned following SERVPRO production guidelines.
• Communicate with crew chief to meet customer needs.
• Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
