Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Restoration Technician to respond to service calls, assist with restoration projects, and help customers restore homes and businesses after damage.

You will work closely with the crew chief, follow SERVPRO production guidelines, and help maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites from start to finish. This is a hands-on role that rewards reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state with the team.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Load, inspect, and maintain equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities.
• Set up staging areas and equipment.
• Follow SERVPRO production guidelines and crew chief instructions.
• Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and team.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup.
• Follow all safety and risk-management procedures.
• Optional incentive pay available for storm event participation.
