Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking motivated teammates to respond to emergencies and perform restoration duties, including water and fire damage remediation. You will work with a team, handle equipment, and help restore properties to pre-loss condition.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to work on-call hours, and a background in restoration or construction is preferred. Training and professional development are provided, with opportunities for growth within the SERVPRO

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up
