SERVPRO Team Dobson is hiring a Restoration Technician to make a difference daily and help restore properties to “Like it never even happened®.” You will handle water and fire restoration tasks, operate specialty equipment, and work with a team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes dependable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of lifting heavy loads and performing physically demanding duties in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for field coordination and client interaction.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly and work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage work, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, site findings, and equipment needs with supervisors.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to grow within the SERVPRO Brand.
• Prepare rooms and areas for work activities and set up equipment.
• Coordinate with management and other technicians to maintain efficiency.
• Complete end-of-day cleanup and leave sites orderly.
