Job summary

SERVPRO Team Locandro in Florida seeks a Restoration Technician to perform and evaluate restoration activities. Responsibilities include water extraction, fire damage restoration, equipment setup, and demolition.

You will load and maintain vehicles with tools and supplies for each project and clearly communicate safety hazards and site needs to supervisors. You will learn and develop restoration skills, contribute to efficient production, and help keep job sites clean and organized while

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Basic English verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment requirements to supervisors.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to grow within the SERVPRO brand.
• Prepare rooms for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment.
