Job summary

SERVPRO Team Locandro is hiring a Restoration Technician to perform and evaluate restoration activities for properties damaged by water and fire. You will load and prepare equipment, communicate safety hazards, and support project teams to maintain efficient production. The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record and basic English communication.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in challenging spaces. Training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to grow within the company.
• Prepare rooms for work activities and set up equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• End-of-day cleanup and leave the jobsite clean and orderly.
