ServiceMaster DSI in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Restoration Technician to handle residential and commercial losses from water and fire damage. You will perform specialty mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, content moves, and other tasks following IICRC standards.

The role offers hands-on training, competitive pay starting at $20+ per hour, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable regulations and quality standards while providing world-class service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to standards.
