Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Wisconsin is seeking a Restoration Technician to work on residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. You will perform mitigation, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, content move-outs, and related tasks.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, adhering to IICRC and company standards, and providing world-class customer service. Salary starts at $20+ per hour with advancement opportunities and a $500 signing bonus.

Qualifications

Must have good communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous restoration experience is a plus.
Ability to travel out of town.
Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable regulations and standards while delivering world‑class customer service.
Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
