Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Maple Grove, MN, is hiring Restoration Technicians to handle residential and commercial losses from water and fire damage, with opportunities to move into lead roles. Responsibilities include mitigation, water extraction, mold abatement, content move-outs and cleaning, plus paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Meet or exceed safety and quality standards while delivering world-class service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration and mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation per IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
• Professional development, promotions and career advancement.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
