Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Restoration Tech to work on homes and businesses damaged by fire, water, storm, or mold. You will survey damage, document items, perform controlled demolition, and set restoration equipment following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include taking photos, recording progress in RMS, and supporting on-call rotations. A minimum of 3 years in restoration is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Comfortable using job apps and photos for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, or mold.
• Survey damage within the property and document items.
• Perform demolition with hand and power tools as needed.
• Set restoration equipment per guidelines; take progress photos.
• Record notes in RMS and complete assigned tasks.
