ServiceMaster DSI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Restoration Technician to work on residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. You will perform mitigation, cleaning, mold abatement, and content handling as part of a driven team.

The role offers a starting wage of $18–$21 per hour, negotiable with experience, plus comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to travel out of town.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute work to meet regulations and quality standards while delivering world-class service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, and mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation per standards.
