Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a proactive Technician to respond to service calls for fire and water damage, perform assigned restoration tasks, and support the crew with equipment and supplies. You will help ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a willingness to travel locally, and a readiness to work in challenging environments. Competitive pay and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral communication skills are essential.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
• Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform assigned work per SERVPRO guidelines.
• Coordinate with crew chief to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for each project; leave site orderly.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians.
