Job summary

BMS CAT, a national leader in disaster restoration, seeks a Restoration Technician in Concord, NC. You will perform smoke, fire, and water restoration and cleanup, contributing to multi-million dollar commercial projects and various residential losses.

We offer hands-on training, state-of-the-art equipment, and career growth with internal promotion opportunities. Base pay ranges from $22 to $29 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience in remediation or restoration preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• IICRC training and certifications preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner within project scope.
• Demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding of job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate daily progress reports and paperwork.
