Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Technician in Glasgow, KY to perform restoration processes for fire, water, and mold projects.

You will prepare rooms, operate equipment, and coordinate with management to ensure efficient restoration and a positive customer experience. The role includes inventory, safety adherence, and end-of-day cleanup while supporting teammates to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a foundation in customer service.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration or construction industry preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
• Perform production/restoration processes as directed.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.
• Develop restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
