Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician in Frederick, MD. Start at $18.00 per hour with paid training from day one and on-the-job learning.

You will assist Crew Chiefs on water, fire, and mold restoration projects, help set up equipment, extract water, and support cleanup and demolition. A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must live within 30 miles of Frederick, MD.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Chiefs on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs.
• Help setup equipment, extract water, and cleanup/demolition.
• Complete online training modules and hands-on field instruction.
• Participate in a rotating schedule for emergency call-outs.
