Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Frederick, MD is hiring an Entry-Level Restoration Technician. This full-time position offers paid training from day one and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. No experience needed, just a valid driver's license and a readiness to learn.

You will assist Crew Chiefs on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs, help set up equipment, extract water, and perform cleanup and demolition. Overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Paid training from day one.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must live within 30 miles of Frederick, MD.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete online training modules and hands-on field instruction.
• Assist Crew Chiefs on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs.
• Help set up equipment, extract water, and perform cleanup/demolition.
• Participate in a rotating schedule for emergency call-outs.
