Job summary

ServiceMaster Rapid Response LLC in Garden City, KS is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our on-call team. You will perform mitigation and restoration work on both commercial and residential properties, communicate with customers, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines.
• Communicate with staff and customers to ensure needs are met.
• Identify safety hazards and establish control measures for occupant safety.
• Manage job site and documentation for complete and accurate project details.
• Clean and maintain service vehicles, equipment, and warehouse.

We're an emergency restoration company who specializes in commercial and residential water, fire, and mold Disaster Restoration. Primary Responsibilities

Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines. Communicate with staff and customers to make sure all needs are met. Identify safety hazards. Establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants. Manage job site and documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details. Clean and maintain service vehicles, equipment, and warehouse.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred.
• IICR certification preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces.
• Available to work evening and weekend hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
