ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins in Knoxville, TN is hiring Entry Level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required; paid training is provided, with clear paths to Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management roles.

Responsibilities include assisting with damage restoration, demolition, site cleanup, operating drying equipment, packing and documenting progress, and delivering excellent customer service on

• Document job progress and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projects.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly
• Stand, bend, squat, kneel, and crawl throughout the workday
• Work in damaged properties and active job sites
• Work in hot, cold, and humid conditions
• Ability to wear a respirator when required
