Job summary

SERVPRO Team Holland in Elkridge, MD is seeking a Crew Chief Apprentice to respond to service calls and perform cleaning/restoration tasks. You will support the crew chief, supervise others when needed, and help ensure customer needs are met with a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes hard work in challenging situations, strong interpersonal skills, and dependability, with opportunities to learn and grow within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians.
• End-of-day cleanup to leave a clean, orderly site.
• Follow safety and risk management guidelines on site and while traveling.
• On-call shifts 24/7 for multiple weeks per month.
