Job Summary

We are currently interviewing candidates for Critical Response Unit positions. This role involves leading and working alongside general labor personnel to deliver quality work, meet deadlines, and uphold integrity within a team environment. Candidates should have a background in demolition, restoration, and/or construction. Disaster relief experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks related to fire, water, and mold damage, including wiping down surfaces, inventory control, wrapping goods, and loading/unloading vehicles.
• Meet or exceed productivity deadlines.
• Assist in training general labor staff on projects.
• Lead a crew by explaining job tasks clearly.
• Communicate effectively to promote a positive work environment.
• Follow all safety and company policies.
• Report to work as scheduled and be punctual.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Manual labor experience.
• Ability to lead and work with a team of up to 10 people.
• Good verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Construction and/or restoration experience is advantageous.
• Current passport and driver's license required; passport is a plus.

Knowledge and Physical Skills:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to bend, squat, and reach overhead regularly.
• Perform repetitive motions such as cleaning rotations.
• Work in hot and smoky environments.
• Wear appropriate PPE, including full-face respirators.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel 4-6 hours or stay away for multiple weeks.
