Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Application of cleaning solutions and operation of restoration equipment in moderate noise levels.
• Physical activities including climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), balancing, walking, stooping, and handling equipment.
• Work in water, fire damage environments, high places, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Develop expertise in services, products, equipment, and documentation.
• Perform production processes, demolition, and labor-intensive tasks.
• Manage inventory and load/unload work vehicle efficiently.
• Prepare work areas, set up staging, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Dependability in attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to company policies on uniform and conduct.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response.
• Availability for local and out-of-town travel for large loss and storm recovery efforts.
• Reliable cell phone contact and prompt response to calls.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
