Job summary

AllKlean is hiring a Water Restoration Technician in Post Falls, Idaho. This entry level role supports a crew chief and learns the trade of water damage mitigation, drying out flooded homes and businesses, with potential to advance to Flex Tech or Crew Chief.

Starting pay is $19–$21 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, along with vacation pay and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers.
• Work with the mitigation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites and follow traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.

This position is a Water Restoration Technician, which is an entry level position with tons of potential! You will be assisting a crew chief and learning the trade of water damage mitigation. We dry out flooded homes and businesses and get to be the hero in our customer's difficult situation. If you so desire, you will have the opportunity to move into more lucrative paying positions such as Flex Tech and Crew Chief.

Starting pay is $19-21 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employee, vacation pay, and cell phone reimbursement. There is a requirement of on call hours, including nights and weekends. Normal schedule is 8-5ish Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
• Work closely with rest of the mitigation team to ensure customers are well taken care of
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet on DASH.
