Job summary

SERVPRO is hiring a Restoration Technician for our Chesterfield area team. The role involves preparing work areas, coordinating with technicians, and executing restoration tasks to make properties look like new again.

A valid drivers license is required, with opportunity for advancement and a competitive benefits package. Typical duties include setting up staging areas, communicating progress, and completing end-of-day cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid driver1s license is required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly, with assistance for heavier loads.
• Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and fit into tight spaces as needed.
• Willingness to successfully complete a background check where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and leave jobsite clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
