Job Description: Restoration Technicians respond to emergencies involving property damage, such as broken pipes or storms, and restore affected buildings. Responsibilities include water mitigation, structural board-up, cleaning, microbial remediation, content handling, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
• Demolition
• Supervision of temporary labor
• Providing empathetic customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Background and drug screening clearance
• Ability to be on-call 24/7
• Experience in restoration or maintenance preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Usually quiet environment. Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs. Regularly sit, use hands, reach, talk, and walk.

Travel: Occasional, less than 25%.

Compensation: $15 - $25/hour plus benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and equipment.
