Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on restoration/handyman professional in Colorado to respond to emergency jobs, perform water and fire damage restoration, and support cleanup and site setup. The role requires physical work, driving to sites, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has restoration or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and is willing to work on-call shifts. IICRC certification is a plus and training is provided to advance skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
• IICRC certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damages, equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site cleanup

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
