Job summary

Labor Finders is hiring multiple immediate openings for water and fire restoration technicians. This full-time/water damage cleanup role requires lifting 50 lbs, bending, and constant movement. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and a 7-year background check are required.

The position offers 40 hours per week, with weekends possible, and room for rapid promotion. Pay starts at $16–$18 per hour, increasing to $24–$30 per hour after full-time hire, plus a 401K with matching contributions

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and 7-year background screening required.
• 40 hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Training and certifications paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency water extraction and drying services for buildings with leaks.
• Assist with restoration and cleaning after incidents as part of the team.
• Support promotion opportunities and ongoing training.

Water Damage Cleanup Technicians/Full-Time

• Provide emergency water extraction and drying services for buildings with leaks
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, reach, and stoop repetitively
• Required valid driver’s license with good driving record (7-year background screening, No DUI’s, at fault accidents, or excessive speeding)
• 40 hours a week; weekends are also available.
• Room for rapid promotion
• Training and Certifications paid for by company

Pay is $16-$18 hourly, after hired full-time earing ability increases to $24-$30 hourly including 401K plan with matching contributions, and p aid holidays/vacation time.

Local applicants are preferred within a 30 min commute of our two offices in Clarkesville, GA or Royston, GA.
