Qualifications

• Clear and effective oral communication is required.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required; IICRC certifications preferred (not required).
• Ability to travel locally and pass a background check as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed and perform tasks per production guidelines.
• Communicate with crew chief to ensure customer needs are met and coordinate with management.
• Keep vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and offices clean and organized.
• Load work vehicles with equipment and supplies for each project.
• Set up staging areas and start drying/production processes.
• Maintain safety and follow risk management guidelines on site and while traveling.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and ensure a neat job site.

Job Description

Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines. Communicate with the crew chief to ensure all customer needs are met. Support production manager and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
• Prepare affected rooms/areas for tear out and set equipment to start the drying process
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Perform production processes following production guidelines for water, fire, and mold losses
• Ensure clear two‑way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)
• Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling

Qualifications

• IICRC certifications preferred (but not required)
• Ability to travel locally
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Valid driver's license

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying objects

Compensation

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
