Job Description: Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of West Hills

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform production processes, demolition, and labor tasks
• Inventory and load equipment and supplies; maintain vehicle and equipment appearance
• Prepare work areas, set up staging, and ensure safety guidelines are followed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Perform cleanup and leave the jobsite in good order

Position Requirements

• Effective communication, basic math, and computer skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Prolonged sitting, standing, walking; repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting
• Ability to work with chemicals and travel locally and out of state
• Successful background check

Pay Rate

Starts at $( )/hour based on experience, with potential for overtime and merit-based increases.
