SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is looking for a driven Restoration Technician to join our Conyers, GA team. You will perform water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation at residential and commercial sites, set up drying equipment, and document progress with photos and readings.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, remediation, or a related trade preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) a plus but not required — training available.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Aufgaben

• Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation and restoration services at residential and commercial job sites
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
• Conduct demolition tasks such as removing damaged drywall, flooring, and structural materials
• Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed written reports
• Clean and restore contents, structures, and affected areas following SERVPRO standards and IICRC guidelines
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration process
• Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekend dispatches as needed
