Job summary

SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties in Conyers, GA is seeking a driven Restoration Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. This is hands-on work with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.

You will set up drying equipment, perform remediation, document progress, and communicate with customers and team members. Training and IICRC certifications are available; a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, remediation, or a related trade preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) are a plus but training is available.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including on-call rotations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.

• Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed written reports
• Clean and restore contents, structures, and affected areas following SERVPRO standards and IICRC guidelines
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the restoration process
• Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours and weekend dispatches as needed
