Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Restoration Technician role based in Rochester, NY. The Restoration Technician will perform water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and related mitigation tasks at customer properties. Day-to-day work includes assessing damage, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, removing affected materials, cleaning and deodorizing surfaces, and documenting work performed. The role involves following safety and industry protocols, maintaining tools and vehicles, and working as part of a field team that responds to emergency jobs, often outside standard business hours. The Restoration Technician will interact with clients on-site, providing clear updates and professional customer service throughout each project.

• Candidates should possess skills in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration, including assessment, mitigation, and use of drying and extraction equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mitigation, including emergency response, damage containment, and safe cleanup procedures.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and supervisors, and for documenting work clearly.
