Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is hiring a skilled Restoration Technician to mitigate and restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, smoke, and storms. This hands-on role emphasizes craftsmanship, customer care, and safe, efficient work under pressure.

You will perform water extraction, structural drying, equipment setup, and debris removal, while documenting progress and maintaining professional job sites. On-call rotations and overtime potential are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or skilled trades preferred.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, or fire damage cleanup is a plus.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied environments.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Clean, sanitize, and restore structural materials and contents.

• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and team members.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response services.
