Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity professionally.
2. Serve as the point person and first responder for emergency losses.
3. Establish and document the scope of work to be accomplished.
4. Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Water Services, Fire/Smoke Services, Mold Remediation, and cleaning of carpets and furniture upholstery.
5. Oversee equipment maintenance and expendables, including MSDS sheets.
6. Communicate effectively with management and customers.
7. Train and supervise emergency services technicians and assistants.
8. Maintain relationships with adjusters and provide updates as needed.
9. Perform on-call rotations as required.
10. Complete jobs successfully and obtain certificates of completion.
11. Physical requirements: ability to climb ladders, lift at least 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and handle chemicals safely.
12. Required certifications: IICRC Water Restoration Technician, ASD, Fire & Smoke Technician, Microbial Remediation, Carpet & Upholstery Technician.
13. Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent, valid Driver’s License, and current driving history.
