Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Aurora, CO is looking for a Restoration Technician to perform restoration and mitigation tasks, including water extraction, mold abatement, carpet cleaning and content handling.

You will drive to job sites, adhere to safety standards, and work with the team to provide world-class customer service. Compensation starts at $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, generous PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles
• Ability to travel out of town
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.

Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.

As a Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
