Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Restoration Technician in Aurora, CO. The role involves field restoration work including water extraction, mold abatement, and content handling, with an emphasis on safety and customer service.

Starting wage is $22+ per hour, with overtime opportunities and benefits. The position offers growth toward a Crew Chief role and access to regular training opportunities within a world‑class service network.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Previous restoration experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world‑class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.

As a Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.

• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
