Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Springfield, IL is seeking a Restoration Technician to perform mitigation, cleaning, and water/fire/mold restoration tasks. You will drive assigned vehicles, follow safety and quality standards, and deliver world‑class customer service.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel. Training is provided, with a starting wage of $18–$19.50 per hour, negotiable by experience.

• Must pass drug and background check
• Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required! Willing to train the right candidates!

• Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world‑class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.

The Position

• Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean‑up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move‑outs and pack‑ins, and content cleaning.

The salary for this position starts at $18-$19.50 per hour and is negotiable based on experience.

As a Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to:
