ServiceMaster DSI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Technician/Restoration Crew Chief for residential and commercial fire and water cleanup. The role includes directing technicians, performing mold abatement, water extraction, and content handling with a $24–$28 per hour wage and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualificações

• Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience.
• Crew Chief experience in a fire and flood restoration company.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous restoration experience.
• Ability to travel out of town and lift 50+ lbs.
• Water Restoration Tech Certification IICRC (WRT).

Responsabilidades

• Ensures timely quality completion of restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or general labor projects.
• Directs, aids and supervises Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers per project.
• Evaluates competence and quality of Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers.
• Promotes ongoing training to raise knowledge and skill levels.
• Ensures productivity of Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers.
• Completes project documentation and photo-documentation per protocols.
• Maintains excellent customer communication and relations.
• Performs other duties as required.
